WESTBROOK – State Representative Marilyn Giuliano attended the March meeting of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce Westbrook Division on Tuesday morning, March 23 in Westbrook. Representative Giuliano was invited to give attendees a ”State of the State” update in which she highlighed the state’s current budgetary predicaments.
